HDRA promotes a unique form of short distance drag racing. HDRA is starting it's sixth year of operation, and is experiencing growth and expansion across the northeast. Our 100 foot format allows us to operate on the front stretch of stock car tracks, providing these facilities with another welcome and much needed source of revenue. We have been featured in magazines, both local and national, and people in all 50 states are very aware of us. As time goes on, we will be expanding across the country.

Typical back page of the program

HDRA will be publishing a program on a weekly basis. Spectators and Competitors alike will be receiving them free of charge. Virtually all in attendance will see a program, and therefore your ad!

Pictures and results from the previous weeks' events will be in each issue. Promotional news about future HDRA events, particularly the "DRAG*FEST" events will be in each issue as well.

So what is DRAG*FEST? This is a series of special events which feature our Holeshot Drags, a great Car Show, a Burnout Contest, an Engine Blow-up Contest, Stunt Bike exhibitions, and more! We have events scheduled at several facilities across the northeast. There will be a $10K to $12K ad budget. Several thousand people will be in attendance, and we will be printing special editions for these events. Again, these programs will be distributed free of charge, so your business will receive a great amount of exposure.

Whether you are a "Mom and Pop" operation or a major corporation, we have an ad to fit every budget. Our job is to put you in front of a large audience.

It is a proven fact that race fans are very loyal to those businesses that support their local events. Let your business be one of them!

While HDRA is open to competitors of all ages and backgrounds, we have a soft spot for nostalgia. To a certain degree the program will reflect this... the artwork, the colors (or lack of them), and even the size. The program will be a "booklet" format, which is how programs were printed in the 50's and 60's. For many reasons we will be printing this in black & white. Despite the lack of color, our graphics will be nothing short of great, and the program will look fantastic. We will be commissioning artist Ben Mitchell to do the 60's "Roth" style CARtoons for our DRAG*FEST posters, ads, and merchandise. This will add to the nostalgia look.

To the left you can see the "column" takes up about 2/3 of the width of the page. This is approximately the width of a business card. The remaining 1/3 will be used for news results, future promotions, etc.

Rather than filling up an entire page with ads, we decided to mix both ads and storylines on the same page. This keeps the readers eyes on the page where your ad is placed for a longer period, giving them a better chance to be exposed to your business. The exception of course is if one were to buy a full page ad, but even then, the opposite page will most likely have pictures and stories.

AD RATES

Ad rates are to the left. Each ad is shifted slightly so you can get a better idea on what the entire ad looks like.

We have ads to fit all budgets. The 1/2 business card is great for the small businesses. The 1/4 page is great for those with bigger yet still modest budgets. Bigger companies can benefit from the larger ads we offer by getting more information to the potential customers.

Whatever your budget is, HDRA can accomodate your business and get your name in front of thousands of potential customers and sales.

The word about HDRA and "Holeshot Drags" is spreading across the country!

HDRA has been featured in magazines, newspapers, online publications, blogs, etc. Above is an example of an article in "DRAG RACER" magazine, a national publication devoted to the sportsman and proffessional drag racer and fan. The bottom line is HDRA and our "Holeshot Drags" have been getting positive attention across the entire nation.
